Sound of Kaiserschmarrn

This course is aimed at all enthusiastic hobby cooks, as well as people who enjoy cooking together. In this course you will learn the secrets of the perfect Kaiserschmarrn.  The Kaiserschmarrn - reminiscent of a pancake - is a flour and dessert classic from Alpine cuisine. The name of the »torn« dessert goes back to Emperor Franz Joseph I. In addition, we will serve a fruit compote as a side dish. We start with a sparkling wine from Austria and dive into the culinary delights of Sound of Taste together. At the end there is a small souvenir from Austria and the family recipe to try at home.
