This course is aimed at all enthusiastic hobby cooks, as well as people who enjoy cooking together. You will get to know two different types of dumpling dough, which we will fill with vegetables and cheese. 

There is also a leaf salad with Styrian pumpkin seed oil.-Mhmm...

With an Austrian sparkling wine and a "Greetings from the Swiss cheese Wirth`s Huus", we start the cooking course and dive into the culinary art of Sound of Taste. 

At the end there is a small souvenir from Austria and the family recipe to cook at home.

Highlight: Lucas Wirth, the owner of the "Wirth's Huus in Basel" cheese dairy, will be at our side throughout the evening with his knowledge and his unique and different cheeses. - Cheese lovers will certainly get their money's worth at this event.
