Sound of Kaiserschmarrn

This course is aimed at all enthusiastic hobby cooks, as well as people who enjoy cooking together. In this course you will learn the secrets of the perfect Kaiserschmarrn.  The Kaiserschmarrn - reminiscent of a pancake - is a flour and dessert classic from Alpine cuisine. The name of the »torn« dessert goes back to Emperor Franz Joseph I. In addition, we will serve a fruit compote as a side dish. 

With an Austrian sparkling wine and a "greeting from Styrian cuisine", we start the cooking course and immerse ourselves in the culinary art of Sound of Taste.

At the end there is a souvenir from Austria and the family recipe to try at home.
