Are you dumpling yet?

This course is aimed at all enthusiastic hobby cooks, as well as people who enjoy cooking together. You will get to know two different types of dumpling dough, which we will fill with bacon, cheese or seasonally. There is also a salad with pumpkin seed oil. Mmmm...

 

With an Austrian sparkling wine and a "Greeting from the Styrian Dirndl kitchen", we start the cooking course and dive into the culinary art of Sound of Taste.

At the end there is a small souvenir from Austria and the family recipe to cook at home.
