About the event

Such a Kas?

This course is aimed at all enthusiastic hobby cooks, as well as people who enjoy cooking together. This course will be hearty and typically Styrian. 

We use my grandmother's recipe to prepare the Styrian Käsepätzle. This is refined with lots of cheese and other ingredients. 

There is also a leaf salad with Styrian pumpkin seed oil - Mmmm...

This is one of the absolute classics in Styria.

With a glass of Austrian sparkling wine and a "greeting from the Styrian Dirndl kitchen", we start the cooking course and immerse ourselves in the culinary art of Sound of Taste.

At the end there is a souvenir from Austria and the family recipe to try at home.
