Oh so sweet!

This course is aimed at all enthusiastic hobby bakers and people who enjoy baking together. A buchtel is a typical Austrian pastry which is made from yeast dough and baked in the oven.

We will fill the buns with apricot jam and there will be homemade vanilla sauce.

We start the baking course with an Austrian sparkling wine and a "Servus" from the Dirndl kitchen and then dive into the culinary art of Sound of Taste.

 

At the end there is a small souvenir from Austria and the family recipe to bake at home.
